Nadine has 25 years experience working in HR & OD and is a strong, creative and passionate human resource professional, who thrives on facilitating and coaching leadership potential growing both individual leaders and executive teams globally.
Nadine has recently established The Culture Group, a unique consulting firm who are experts in influencing culture, growing authentic leadership and supporting organisations experiencing change, transformation and growth. The Culture Group philosophy is to support leaders to uncover the heart in business.
Prior to starting The Culture Group Nadine was the General Manager, Organisational Capability & Talent at Orica and held a number of Senior Human Resource roles across a range of industries and organisations such as Coles, Jetstar Airways, Coca-Cola Amatil and RMIT University.
During her career, Nadine has succeeded in creating sustainable enterprise wide talent strategies, improving employee engagement through targeted culture strategies, leading major transformational change and building organisational capability across Asia Pacific, North America, Latin America, Europe & Africa.
