Sean Carroll is the General Manager of People Culture & Innovation at Australia Post, Australia’s second most respected brand and an employer of over 32,000 people. Australia Post employees perform a wide variety of roles from the postal delivery and logistics, to retail sales, eCommerce and digital communications.
Sean has led the culture and capability change program at Australia Post, which has been a critical component of the digital transformation of the company. He brings deep expertise in the area of culture, talent, leadership and organizational development in large corporations.
Prior to joining Australia Post in 2011, Sean held various senior leadership positions at National Australia Bank, including Head of Capability Development, Head of Sales Capability, and Manager of Leadership & Talent Development.
Prior to working at National Australia Bank, Sean worked for SHL Group, a global consulting firm and provider of talent assessment and development services. At SHL, Sean performed in a variety of roles including Senior Consultant Psychologist and Business Development Manager.
Sean received a Masters of Organizational Psychology and Bachelor of Commerce/Arts from Monash University, Melbourne, Australia.
