Clive is a passionate leader in the People and Culture arena and has had the privilege of leading this practice at the City of Melbourne for the past four years.  He is an adept professional who has experience in multiple industries and cultures with a passion for learning and relishes the opportunity of a new challenge.  A natural strategist who is known for delivering results through creating shared vision and collaboration at all levels, Clive has enjoyed success with many values based initiatives.  Clive has a breadth of leadership, transformation and culture change experience gained by working in several countries and a diverse range of sectors (including Mining with BHP; Manufacturing and product development at Ford Motor Company; Resources and Finance with Royal Dutch Shell and Professional Services with the ANZ).  He is currently focused on reshaping talent development and architecting a future proofed culture change that will enable long term success for the City Of Melbourne.  Clive is particularly proud of delivering an HR transformation change across the Asia Pacific – Middle East region whilst with Shell and in developing a talent pool across Asia for Risk professionals whilst at ANZ.
