Ingrid has been an active mental health, suicide prevention advocate and educator in workplaces and community for 18 years. With several postgraduate qualifications in mental health including a Masters in Mental Health Sciences and a Masters in Suicidology. She also participates in state and national advisory groups and boards in mental health and suicide prevention reform, using lived experience in co-design methodologies in all areas, including digital mh, research, policy. Ingrid was a 2016 Australian Human Rights Medal award finalist for trailblazing workplace education using the lived voice nearly 2 decades ago when no one else was in this space. She has appeared on media, presents, nationally and internationally.
