With an HR career spanning 20 years in the public sector and currently the Executive Director at the Department of Transport, Antoinette has extensive experience as a strategic leader. She has worked in public transport in government departments for the past 15 years.
Antoinette has experience in leading strategic and operational people and culture functions and multidisciplinary teams, spanning all functions of HR. She has extensive experience in leading multiple large change programs arising from machinery of government changes, restructuring and culture change and has extensive experience in leading organisational development initiatives and programs to drive engagement, positive workplace cultures and performance.
Developing collaborative relationships across multiple portfolios and agencies that are based on trust, respect and integrity is a key strength. Developing a culture of collaboration both within the newly forming DoT and across Whole of Government, is central to her success.
As a result of my focus on collaboration, the HR functions I’ve led have become increasingly better to do business with. As a leader, I am trusted and authentic and a fervent believer in an inclusive workplace where people can be their best and do their best at work.
