David has 3 decades experience in Sales, Marketing and General Management in IT and Telco industries across both domestic and International markets. Positions held include Global Sales & Marketing Manager, General Manager and National Manager with companies such as Honeywell, AT&T/NCR, Siemens Nixdorf and Compaq, and currently Head of Marketplace Solutions at AscenderHCM.

Operating as a peer level executive with C level client executives, his responsibilities have included

Consulting to CEO’s and executives from many of Australia’s major public, private and government organisations

Establishing Sales & Marketing strategies and methodologies for new and existing markets within Australia and overseas.

Providing strategic advice to company directors; participation in capital raising process and road shows; sales & marketing team recruitment and management. Strategic relationship alliance. Extensive travel to Asia, US, and Europe to develop relationships and markets including relationships with Austrade in developing international markets.

 David has proven credibility at all levels from board to operations personnel through his strong mentoring, coaching skills and team building qualities. His ability to adapt new thinking and technologies to organisational improvement makes him a knowledgeable, thorough, and respected senior executive.
