Jessica Kaaden is experienced in partnering with leaders to build positive workplace cultures that effectively leverage the talent of employees. She is passionate about aligning HR practices to organisational strategy and about increasing the capability of HR professionals.
Jessica is a two-time Australian HR award winner, an AHRI mentor, and was recently elected by her peers to the position of Vice President of the AHRI Victorian Council.
Jessica is currently undertaking a Master’s of Human Resources Management at RMIT. She is a certified Australian HR Institute practitioner and has completed the two year certification program. Jessica also holds a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Public Relations and Change Management.
