Mandy is passionate about Employee Engagement, International HR, employee wellbeing and leading the HR function in creating great places to work. She is experienced in providing strategic direction to organisations experiencing complex change and growth in both local and international settings. Unique to HR Directors, she has both the experience in running a large services organization herself (team of 300) as well as setting the HR Strategy for her business partners (the largest being for an Australian organization of 1, 300 employees). She has worked in all facets of HR ranging from Talent and Attraction, Change Management, Remuneration and International Mobility across Australia and overseas. She has also been a non-Executive Director of a Board. Mandy has worked in Singapore, The Netherlands, Poland and Australia and is experienced in managing HR Operations for Asia, Europe and Africa. She also has extensive experience managing a large external services contract and leading international emergency and crisis management responses.
