Rachel Wolfe – Director, Group People and  Culture Business Partnering, Treasury Wine Estates

Rachel was appointed Director Group P&C Business Partnering for Treasury Wine Estates in April 2021.  Prior to joining TWE, Rachel worked with Newcrest Mining, National Australia Bank and Mondelez. Rachel has responsibility for Group Business Partnering, P&C Risk and Compliance, Future of Work and Inclusion, Equity & Diversity.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psych) from Melbourne University, Post Graduate Diploma in HR & IR from RMIT, and a Master of Organisational Systems from Monash.  Rachel is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a member of the White Ribbon Work Place Accreditation Committee.
